Shipping Options
Bigfoot reserves the right to use any of the following shipping options.
Next Day Services:
UPS Next Day Air Saver: Delivery typically by 3:00 p.m. of the day after shipment.
FedEx Overnight Standard: Delivery typically by afternoon of the day after shipment.
2 Business Days
UPS 2 Business Days: Delivery typically by end of day, 2 business days after shipment
FedEx Two Day: Delivery typically by end of day, 2 business days after shipment
3 Business Days
UPS 3 Business Days: Delivery typically by end of day, 3 business days after shipment
FedEx Three Day: Delivery typically by end of day, 3 business days after shipment
Ground
UPS Ground: Day definite delivery typically in one to five days.
FedEx Ground: Typically 2 to 7 business days after shipment
Please visit www.ups.com or www.fedex.com for specific delivery times and service availability for your area. Bigfoot is not responsible for delays caused by any of the carriers that we use.
NOTE: Occasionally, it may be necessary to ship with alternate handling rules, service levels, carriers, etc.
Bigfoot Networks may require proof of delivery if item is in excess of $250
Shipping Rates will vary based on location, weight, speed of delivery, etc.
Products that are currently in stock typically ship within 2-3 business days. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays. (If you are pre-ordering a product please refer to the estimated ship date that is related to that pre-order)
• If your shipping information is different from your bill to information, your order may be delayed in order to verify authenticity. Shipping restrictions prevent us from delivering to P.O. Boxes and certain APO/FPO locations.
• We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.
• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii may take longer. (See shippers information)
• Bigfoot Networks has the right to change shipping policies, carriers, rates, etc at any time.
