Some interesting things pass by my desk on occasion, but easily two of the very best are these Alienware Aurora ALX Desktops - two machines that have almost silly levels of power. They're beastly, powerful, and look awesome. Even better, while the components themselves are powerful and they look very cool, the internal case design is wonderful. Sliding in new Hard Drives would be a snap, the battery-powered LED would be great while tinkering, and the cooling system is pretty darn nice too. Truly, they're filled with much epic and win. Take a look: ![]() If you're curious about the Internals, they are as follows: - Intel Core i7 2.67 (Quad Core) - NVIDIA GeForce 295, Dual GPU SLI - 6GB RA - 500GB HDD - Killer Xeno Pro Gaming Network Card [Original Article] Last edited by Arrakiv; 02-04-2010 at 11:43 AM. |

Good choice - that's the Xeno test one. ;-) Actually, you can change the colors on them, throughout the RGB spectrum. Heck, you can even have the lights pulse or chance between different colors. While you can't see it in this image, the blue one actually is set to slowly fade out and then come back on. Looks pretty awesome. ;-) |
