Bigfoot Networks Return and Warranty Policy for the KILLER NIC
12- Month Limited Warranty for Customers in the United States
General Policy:
We want each and every customer to be completely satisfied with his or her purchase.
THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE RIGHTS AND THE WARRANTIES DESCRIBED BELOW ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF THE PRODUCT REGISTRATION FORM AT http://www.bigfootnetworks.com/ProductRegistration.aspx IS SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED TO BIGFOOT NETWORKS WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF INVOICE FOR THE PRODUCT.
All returns, whether for refund, exchange or warranty service, require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization – See Instructions Below) number. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should display the RMA number on the box containing the returned product. Customer is responsible for shipping any returned product to Bigfoot Networks. Customer agrees to cover all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during transit, and Customer will not be reimbursed for any such costs. Warranty rights are non-transferable.
Returns/Exchanges of Product Purchased from a 3rd Party Vendor:
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase and you purchased it from a 3rd party partner, please reference your vendor’s return and refund policy.
Returns/Exchanges of Product Purchased Directly From Bigfoot Networks:
Product purchased directly from Bigfoot Networks may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or exchange.
Refunds or Exchanges on Unopened Returns.
If the item is returned unopened, undamaged, and in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment within 5 to7 business days. The product must be returned to the Bigfoot Networks warehouse within 10 calendar days of the date of issuance of the RMA.
Refunds or Exchanges on Opened Returns.
Requests for refunds or exchanges on opened items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Undamaged product that is returned in the original unmarked packaging together with all accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Missing components may reduce the refundable amount. All other returns must be processed through technical support. In any case, your refund will be based on your original method of payment and will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The product must be returned to the Bigfoot Networks warehouse within 10 calendar days of the date of issuance of the RMA.
Defective Product or Warranty Related Issues:
The KILLER NIC is covered by a limited 12-month warranty from the original invoice date. The terms and conditions of such warranty and the limitations thereon are set forth in the product user manual included in the original packing materials delivered with each KILLER NIC.
Cancellation Policy:
Customer may cancel an order at anytime before the product is delivered by Bigfoot Networks to its shipping partner. After a product has been delivered to Bigfoot Networks’ shipping partner, customer must follow the standard returns policy. Email all cancellation requests to support@bigfootnetworks.com. Type “Cancellation Order” in the subject line. Please also describe you reason for canceling.
Obtaining an RMA:
Please visit http://support.bigfootnetworks.com/ and open a technical support case, or email support@bigfootnetworks.com to begin the troubleshooting process. To obtain a refund or exchange, the product must be returned to the Bigfoot Networks warehouse within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
